Colorado had the second-highest enlarge in listings of foreclosed homes for sale in May from the formerly month, according to a New York-based website that lists the properties.
ForeclosureDataOnline.com reported Colorado’s 6.62 percent enlarge was second usually to Georgia’s 7.08 percent increase.
The firm counted 6,825 foreclosed homes for sale in Colorado.
ForeclosureDataOnline mentioned foreclosure listings were down 1 percent in Denver from April, but up 5.4 percent in Aurora, 7 percent in Arvada and 10.4 percent in Brighton.
