Google Inc. (GOOG) has invested a few 2percent to 3 percent of its financial resources in breeze parksand solar appetite plants, Handelsblatt reported, citing UrsHoelzle, head of engineering at the company.
The company, owners of the world’s many renouned searchengine,
has invested about $400 million in renewable energysources, with about 90 percent of this amount being a profit-oriented investment, Hoelzle said.The firm has set up its own group of analysts to choosethe correct projects, Hoelzle said. He didn’t give any exactnumbers, according to the German newspaper.
